## Admission season, on one list.

Each enquiry moves through the same six stages. Here is one, from the first call to the first day.

### At the admission desk

- **Note the enquiry.** Parent, child, phone, the class they want and how they heard of you.

- **Set the follow-up date.** It comes up on that day’s list, and on the overdue list if it is missed.

- **Move it along.** New, contacted, visited, applied, then enrolled or lost.

- **Reopen a lost one.** A family that comes back in May picks up where it left off.

The desk opens to the follow-ups due today and the ones already overdue. Nothing waits for someone to remember it.

### No repeats, siblings welcome

The same phone number for the same child is caught as a repeat. A younger sister on the same number comes in as her own enquiry.

The admin, the principal and the front desk. Teachers don’t.

### Can we find an enquiry by phone number?

Yes, however the number was typed: with +91, with spaces, or without.

### What happens when the child joins?

Mark the enquiry enrolled and add the child as a student. Carrying the details across on their own is coming.

### Website

### Do enquiries from our website come in on their own?

Not yet. Mark an enquiry as from the website when you note it. The online admission form is coming.
