How it works

## The date sheet, typed once.

Each class has its own sheet for each term. Here is one going in.

### Before the exams

- **Pick the class and term.** Its subjects are already there.

- **Set each paper.** A date, a start and end time, and a note if it needs one.

- **Stay inside the term.** A date outside the term’s dates is refused.

- **Print it,** on A4 for the notice board.

### Everyone reads the same sheet

Every staff member who can see exams sees the date sheet, so the office and teachers give parents the same answer.

### Next to the papers

The sheet sits with the term’s subjects, so a date never points at a paper that isn’t there.

### Coming next

The date sheet on the school calendar, and [admit cards](https://scoolin.com/features/admit-cards) printed from it, are coming.
