Why Scoolin exists
Ask any school office how a new admission goes. The child’s name is written in the admission register, then the fee book, the bus list, the attendance sheet and the marks register. When something changes, someone has to find every copy.
Then the phone rings, and a parent asks whether last month’s fee reached the school.
Scoolin keeps one record for each child. The office enters the child once, and fees, attendance, marks and the library all read from that record.
What you’ll find in it
The parts a school office runs every day: admissions and certificates, fee collection and receipts, attendance in class and at the gate, the timetable and the school bells, exams and report cards, the library, the visitor log, and staff leave. See every feature, including the ones still to come.
Teachers, the office and the principal all work on the same record, from a phone or a computer. Apps for parents are coming.
Our promises to schools
- The price is on the website. Free for schools with up to 100 students. Above that, ₹5 a student each month for the first 500 and ₹3 for each one after, and 30% less when you pay for a year.
- Your data stays yours. Export your records as spreadsheets whenever you like.
- We move your data in. Send your student list and fee heads in Excel; we bring them in and check them with your office.
- Each person sees only their part. A teacher sees their classes, a parent their own child, and the school decides who sees fees.
What we don’t do
- We don’t show ads to parents or children.
- We don’t sell what schools put into Scoolin.
- We don’t answer for the school. Fees, marks and logins belong to the school office, so parents ask the school first.
How Scoolin makes money
Schools pay for Scoolin, at the prices above. That is the whole business: no ads and no selling data. See pricing for the details.
Where your data lives
Only the people a school gives access to can see its data, and each person sees only their part. The school can export it at any time. The privacy policy says what we collect and why.
