Enquiries

Every lead with its next follow-up. No enquiry stays in a register nobody opens again.

How it works

Admission season, on one list.

Each enquiry moves through the same six stages. Here is one, from the first call to the first day.

At the admission desk

  1. Note the enquiry. Parent, child, phone, the class they want and how they heard of you.
  2. Set the follow-up date. It comes up on that day’s list, and on the overdue list if it is missed.
  3. Move it along. New, contacted, visited, applied, then enrolled or lost.
  4. Reopen a lost one. A family that comes back in May picks up where it left off.
Walk through it on a call

Today’s calls come first

The desk opens to the follow-ups due today and the ones already overdue. Nothing waits for someone to remember it.

No repeats, siblings welcome

The same phone number for the same child is caught as a repeat. A younger sister on the same number comes in as her own enquiry.

Where they came from

Walk-in, phone, referral, website or Acadise, counted for each, so you know which one fills your classes.

Admission

What happens when the child joins?

Mark the enquiry enrolled and add the child as a student. Carrying the details across on their own is coming.

Website

Do enquiries from our website come in on their own?

Not yet. Mark an enquiry as from the website when you note it. The online admission form is coming.
