Report cards

CBSE grades, numbered and frozen at publish. A card printed in five years matches the one the parent got today.

How it works

Results week, without the copying.

The card reads the marks, attendance and remarks already in Scoolin. Here is how a class’s cards go out.

In results week

  1. Marks are handed in, every subject, checked and locked.
  2. Remarks go in. The class teacher writes one for each child; conduct is suggested from the behaviour log.
  3. Publish the results. Each card is frozen and numbered, like RC/2026-27/0418.
  4. Print the section. Up to 400 cards at once on A4, with your logo, affiliation number and three signature lines.

Frozen at publish

A card prints from what was published, not from what is in the system today. Found a mistake? Unpublish, fix and publish again; every version is kept.

The maths is right

Teachers enter marks in Marks entry. The card gets best two of three periodic tests, separate pass marks for theory and practical, and compartment right. Absent, exempt, medical and zero are four different things.

The whole year on one card

The final card puts each term side by side, with the weighted result for the year.
