Staff records

Every teacher and staff member, joining to leaving. One record each, whether or not they ever sign in.

How it works

Your staff room, on one list.

A staff record holds what the office needs, and nothing it doesn’t. Here is one going in.

Adding a new teacher

  1. Fill in the basics. Name, phone, email, employee code, job title and department.
  2. Say how they work here. Permanent, contract, part-time or daily wage, from the joining date.
  3. Give them a class, if they are a class teacher.
  4. Invite them, or don’t. The gardener needs a record, not a login. A teacher gets an email invite.
Try it on a 30-minute call

A status, not a deletion

On leave, notice period, resigned, retired. People who leave move to a Left tab with their record whole.

Experience letters

Issue an experience certificate from the record, numbered like every other certificate.

Access is separate

Switch off a login without touching the record. Roles and access decides what each person can open.

Does everyone need an email to be added?

No. A record can exist without a login. Send an invite later if they need to sign in.

Titles

Can we use our own job titles?

Yes. Keep your school’s own list, like TGT, PRT or lab assistant.

Documents

Can we keep degrees and ID proof on the record?

Not yet. Documents on staff records are coming.

Excel

Can we bring our staff list from Excel?

Not yet. Students come in from Excel today; staff are added one by one for now.
