Result analysis

Toppers, pass rates, weak subjects. The staff meeting starts with numbers everyone agrees on.

How it works

The staff meeting, on one page.

The analysis reads the same marks as the report card. Here is what it shows.

After results

  1. Pick the level. A section, a class or the whole school.
  2. Read the top line. Pass rate, subject averages and the toppers.
  3. Open a subject. How many sat, absent, average, highest, lowest, pass rate and grade spread.
  4. Spot the failures, shown in red on the subject-wise sheet.
Try it with last term’s marks

The same marks as the card

No spreadsheet to build after each exam. The numbers are the marks teachers handed in through Marks entry.

Rank, done properly

Equal marks share a rank: 1, 2, 2, 4, within a section or a class. Rank stays off until you switch it on.

Trends are next

Comparing a class from one term to the next is coming.
