Staff attendance

Present, late, half day, on leave. Leave fills itself in, and each person’s month is counted.

How it works

The staff room, before the first bell.

One sheet for the whole staff. Here is a morning.

In the office

  1. Open today. Everyone still employed, in name order.
  2. Leave is already there. Approved leave shows as on leave, with a note.
  3. Mark the rest, or let the gate scan do it: late after your late time, half day after your half-day time.
  4. Read the month. Present, late, half-day, absent and leave days, against school days so far.
Try it with your own staff

The office’s mark stands

A scan never overwrites a mark made by hand. If the office says half day, it is half day.

Counted on school days

A holiday declared later on the school calendar drops out of the month. Nobody loses a day to a sudden closure.

Ready for the accountant

The accountant can read every person’s month. Payroll, which will read it on its own, is coming.
