Fee structure

Fee heads by section, billed month by month. A child pays from the month they join to the month they leave, and not a month more.

How it works

Your fee chart, set once a session.

Every bill, receipt and reminder reads from it. Here is how it goes in.

Setting up the session

  1. Pick the fee heads. Tuition, transport, exam, lab: start from 11 common ones or add your own.
  2. Say how often. Monthly, once a year, or one time.
  3. Price each section. 11 Science and 11 Commerce can pay different amounts.
  4. Switch on the extras, like transport or hostel, only for the children who take them.

A paid bill stays paid

Raise a fee in October and only the bills still to come change. Money already received is never reopened.

Bills follow the child

A child admitted in July is billed from July. One who leaves in December stops in December. Nobody pays for months they weren’t on roll.

Next session starts from this one

When the next session is set up, this chart is copied across, ready to change. Discounts and late fees sit on top, in Concessions and fines.

FAQ

Questions about the fee structure.

Still have questions?Ask us on a 30-minute call.

Due date

Can we choose the due date?

Yes. Pick any day from the 1st to the 28th; the 10th is the default. A change applies from then on.

Terms

Can we bill by quarter or by term?

Not yet. Heads are monthly, annual or one-time today. If you collect by quarter, the counter takes three months on one receipt.

Sections

Can two sections of a class pay different fees?

Yes. Fees are priced by section, so 11 A and 11 B can differ.

Changes

What if a fee changes mid-session?

Change it, and it applies to the bills still to come. What is already paid stays as it was.
