Monthly registers

Each child’s month, already added up. Holidays are left out, even the ones declared late.

How it works

Month end, without the adding.

The month is the daily sheets, added up. Here is what it shows.

At month end

  1. Open the section, and the month you want, up to 13 months back.
  2. Read each child’s line. Present, late, excused, medical and absent, against school days so far.
  3. Holidays drop out. A day declared a holiday after marking stops counting.
  4. The same for staff, with half days and leave in their own columns.

From the daily sheet

Nothing is copied twice. The month is the daily marking from Student attendance, added up.

Each class, its own days

A class working on a Saturday counts that Saturday. A day the school was shut counts for nobody.

Printing is next

A print-ready monthly register, and a list of children below your attendance mark, are coming.

Printing

Can we print the monthly register?

Not yet. The month is an on-screen table today; a print-ready register is coming.

Classes

Can we see every class at once?

The month is one section at a time. The Classes page shows every section’s rate over the last 30 days.

Holidays

Are holidays left out of the school days?

Yes, including holidays declared after the sheet was marked.

Staff

Is there a month for staff too?

Yes. Staff attendance has its own month, with half days and leave.
