How does marking a class work?
Everyone starts present; the teacher taps the few who aren’t.
Devices
Can we use our biometric machines?
Not yet; biometric devices are planned. Scan the QR on the ID card with a USB scanner or a phone camera instead.
Parents
How do parents hear about attendance?
By email, when a child arrives late or leaves early. Alerts for absence on WhatsApp are coming.
Registers
Can we print the monthly register?
Not yet. The month is on screen today; a print-ready register is coming.
