Type the message. The numbers come from the student records.
Send. By WhatsApp, and by SMS on a registered template where WhatsApp doesn’t reach.
See who got it, parent by parent.

Fee reminders and gate alerts go to each primary guardian by email, in your school’s name.

Indian SMS rules ask for registered templates. We would rather do that properly than send messages that get blocked.

Every guardian’s number is stored with +91 when students come in, ready for the day this switches on.

We don’t give a date until it works. Ask on the demo call and we will tell you where it stands.

How do we reach parents now?

By email: fee reminders and gate alerts go out on their own. Your school’s WhatsApp number can sit on every reminder.

Will absent alerts come by WhatsApp?

Yes. That is one of the first things it is for.

Will messages cost extra?

Any message charges will be on the pricing page before it switches on.
