Online payment

Parents will pay from a link. Until then, your UPI and bank details go out on every reminder.

Coming soon

How paying online will work.

We are building it now. Here is the plan, and what already works on the day you start.

Planned

  1. A link reaches the parent, with their child’s dues and nothing else.
  2. They pay by UPI or card, from their phone.
  3. The payment lands on the bill, with a receipt from the same series as the counter.
  4. The office sees it in the same day’s list as cash and cheques.
Ask where it stands on a call

Today: details on every reminder

Fee reminders can carry your bank account and UPI ID, so parents can pay before they ever reach the counter.

Today: transfers on the receipt

A UPI payment or bank transfer is recorded at the counter with its reference or UTR, on the same numbered receipt series.

Why it isn’t out yet

Money paid online has to reach the school’s account and settle the right bill, every time. We switch it on when it does both.

Timing

When will online payment be ready?

We don’t give a date until it works. Ask on the demo call and we will tell you where it stands.

Today

Can parents pay by UPI now?

Yes, at the counter or by transfer to your account. The office records it with the UPI reference on a numbered receipt.

Money

Will the money come to our account?

Yes. Parents will pay the school, not Scoolin.

Price

Will it cost extra?

Every plan includes every part of Scoolin. Any gateway charge will be on the pricing page before it switches on.
