Certificates

TC, bonafide and four more, numbered. The details come from the record, and every certificate can be checked by its QR.

How it works

A certificate starts from the record.

Not from last year’s Word file. Here is how one is issued, and three things that keep it honest.

At the office counter

  1. Find the student, or pick a whole class.
  2. Pick the certificate. Transfer, bonafide, character, date of birth or award. Experience letters for staff.
  3. Check the details. Name, class, dates and parents come from the record. The date of birth prints in figures and words.
  4. Issue it. It gets the next number for its kind, like TC/2026-27/0112, and a QR on the page.

A TC checks the dues first

If fees are still due, the office has to confirm it before the TC goes out. Books still out of the library show up as well.

A reprint matches the original

The wording and details are kept as they were issued, so a reprint in five years is the same page. After a formal duplicate, every print says DUPLICATE.

Anyone can check it

The QR on each certificate opens a page that says whether it is genuine or has been cancelled.

FAQ

Questions school offices ask.

Still have questions?Ask us on a 30-minute call.

Format

Is the TC in the CBSE format?

Yes. It follows CBSE’s Annexure-I, with its 15 particulars. You can change the wording of every certificate.

Batches

Can we issue a whole class at once?

Yes, with consecutive numbers. Anyone who can’t get one, like a child who already has a TC, is skipped with the reason.

Mistakes

What if a certificate was issued by mistake?

Cancel it with a reason. Its QR then shows it as cancelled.

One-off

Need one TC today, without signing up?

The free TC maker on this site fills one in and prints it on A4.
