How parent chat will work.

We have planned it carefully, because it touches teachers’ evenings. Here is the plan.

The parent opens the app. The child’s class teacher is already there.
They write. A question about a test, a leave or a note home.
The teacher replies in the hours they set. A message at night waits for the morning.
The school can see it, so nothing said is off the record.

Teachers won’t share their own numbers, and parents won’t need a class WhatsApp group.

Messages outside a teacher’s hours wait. A message sent by mistake can be taken back within 15 minutes.

Chat needs parents to sign in. That comes first, and chat follows.

When will parent chat be ready?

We don’t give a date until it works. Ask on the demo call and we will tell you where it stands.

Will the principal be able to read chats?

Yes. The school can see every chat, as with a note sent home in the diary.

Will parents see a teacher’s number?

No. That is the whole point of it.

Will it cost extra?

No. Every plan includes every part of Scoolin, including the parts still to come.
