Online admissions

Parents will apply from your website. Until then, every enquiry has its place on one list.

Coming soon

How online admissions will work.

The form will live on your school’s website and land at the admission desk. Here is the plan.

Planned

  1. Choose the fields, and the documents you need for each class.
  2. Parents fill it in on their phone, from your website.
  3. The desk checks each form, and asks for what is missing.
  4. Admit the child. The form becomes the student’s record.
Ask where it stands on a call

Today: one enquiry list

Walk-ins, calls and website leads go on the enquiry list, each with its follow-up date.

Today: a whole class from Excel

Students come in from your school’s own Excel template, up to 5,000 at a time, and the import can be undone.

Your fields, already there

The student record already takes up to 30 fields of your own. The form will ask for the same ones.

Timing

When will online admissions be ready?

We don’t give a date until it works. Ask on the demo call and we will tell you where it stands.

Today

How do we admit a child now?

The office adds the child, or brings in a list from Excel, and marks the enquiry enrolled.

Fields

Will the form ask our own questions?

That is the plan. The student record already takes your own fields.

Price

Will it cost extra?

No. Every plan includes every part of Scoolin, including the parts still to come.
